Corporate media hacks who anointed themselves the decision-makers of the 2020 election are now essentially calling for a "final solution" for 75 million Trump voters.
ABC News political director Rick Klein said that America needs to be "cleansed" of the Trump movement.
Klein declared in a Thursday tweet: “Even aside from impeachment and 25th Amendment talk, Trump will be an ex-president in 13 days. The fact is that getting rid of Trump is the easy part. Cleansing the movement he commands, or getting rid of what he represents to so many Americans, is going to be something else.”
"Cleansing." Sounds like something out of 1933 Germany, but, yes, an ABC News higher-up said it.
In response to Klein, one Twitter user wrote: "Please clarify 'cleansing' because I'm not getting in the boxcar willingly."
Klein eventually deleted his tweet, but the statement remains in the article he shared in the tweet.
In their condemnation of Wednesday's developments in Washington, D.C., which included the death of Ashli Babbit at the hands of the Capitol Hill Police, Klein and co-writer Mary Alice Park expressed their outrage at President Donald Trump as so many in the leftist media have done in the past 24 hours and of over the past four-plus years.
"The message, however, is clear," the Post Millennial's Libby Emmons wrote. "It's not enough for mainstream media to decry the president, or his followers, but they want to 'cleanse' and delete their discourse, their views, and in essence, those people form public view."
